Q: How often do I Microdose?
A: The Standard Microdosing routine is:
Day 1 – Microdose
Day 2 – Day off (residual effects)
Day3 – Day off (back to the baseline, day of reflection)
This is the most popular microdosing routine. However, feel free to find what works best for your lifestyle. Eg, some individuals only microdose on the odd occasion when they need a boost in focus or creativity.
We recommend taking your microdose in the morning as it can have slightly stimulating effects for roughly 8 hours. This will make it less likely to affect your circadian rhythm.
Q: What is neuroplasticity?
A: Microdosing psychedelics promotes neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity is the ability of the brain to form new connections/pathways and change how its circuits are wired. If you microdose for long enough it can permanently change the way that you think. This, along with it being fast-acting, makes it a potential high competitor for pharmaceutical antidepressants, as we”ve learned that depression is not simply caused by a “chemical imbalance”, but by structural changes in neural circuits that regulate emotion.
Q: Will I get “high” if I Microdose?
A: Microdosing does not result in a “high”. When you ingest a micro-amount of a psychedelic substance, it is non-psychoactive.
DISCLAIMER: There isn’t a “one-size fits all” when it comes to microdosing. This practice is not for everyone. If you are on other medication, we suggest consulting with your GP prior to introducing microdosing into your life.

Q: Where are these products available and what is the legality?
A: Some of our products are available to ship worldwide, however, our microdosing product “1PD” is not available in all countries. The active ingredients are NOT controlled internationally by the (insert UN drugs law). However, some countries do have bans on certain compounds and their groups which 1PD may fall under, which means we are unable to ship to you.
In regards to shipping to the UK, under the Psychoactive substance ban it is illegal to buy/sell certain compounds that are covered by this act, however 1PD, if taken at the dosage instructions state, is a sub-perceptual non-psychoactive dose. Therefore, it is legal to microdose “1PD”.
Many compounds can become Psychoactive when larger amounts are ingested, however, this does not mean that they are illegal in small non-psychoactive amounts.
We have spoken to legal advisors in the UK and have had chemists advise us on what constitutes a “psychoactive dose”. If you are unsure about the legality, we recommend you seek counsel. If you still do not feel comfortable then do not order.
